11. Action list of implementation

11.1 Since the proper implementation of the foreign aid policy paves the way to fulfill the objectives and goals of poverty alleviation and development put forward by the Tenth Plan and Poverty Alleviation Strategy Paper, the Government of Nepal is firmly and sensitively committed to the implementation of the foreign aid policy. 6.

11.2 The foreign aid policy has put forward an important and realistic agenda. The government of Nepal believes in the need for this kind of large-scale effort to resolve the concerns that both the philanthropic community and Nepali stakeholders have been showing for a long time. Such efforts require the time, commitment, understanding and willpower of all the fellow travelers of development. Through its successful implementation, it will be the basis for establishing an effective understanding among Nepal's development partners and will be able to provide leadership on challenging and diverse situations in Nepal's efforts to alleviate poverty. Turning this policy into reality is a common challenge facing Nepal and the philanthropic community.
